So.... what's been going on....

Well, my rest is helping.... I finally got a refill of my sleeping meds, so I don't feel like a zombie anymore. The fibro is bearable, but my spine has been ridiculous lately.... But, my doctor said I can take a lower dosage of the sleeping meds to help with the pain, and it has. :)



Ohh.... Shon came and stayed at my place saturday night. I love him.... he's sooooo cute. I was seriously contemplating kidnapping him and making him live in my closet. My mom loves him.... she hasn't stopped talking about him since he left. She got a kick out of his matching pajamas and robe.

I may be getting a PUPPY!!!!

My mom had fallen in love with tiny dogs and she realizes how much I miss Mikaface.... so, we've been looking online at dogs up for adoption.


The only problem is.... we have to get a small dog (for my bad back) and a hypoallergenic dog (mom is allergic to everything).

Not being able to work already sucks..... but being stuck in the bed makes it that much worse. Now.... I think I have something pinched in my right shoulder.... and I'm right handed. But, luckily, I found out that I am getting a bunch of money and once I put on for my chiro reimbursements from Canada, I'll be getting even more money... YAY ME!!

I had a weird flare up Friday. I had a dream that I was being hit, but the pain didn't feel like I was being punched. It was a searing pain. I woke up startled and felt the searing pain all over my body. It was debilitating. I couldn't make fists with my hands and my entire body was burning up, but I had ice cold pins and needles sensations in my hands and feet. It wasn't the most intense flare up, but it was definitely one of the scariest. With my scoliosis, I was terrified that I was feeling the beginning to become paralyzed. I have been having more back problems... stiffness and just overall pain. But, since I don't have medical here in the states, I haven't shared any of this with my mom.

It's frustrating to go from free health care, to not being able to see the doctor cause it will cost an arm and a leg. But, luckily, I found out that I am eligible for Medicaid and Disability... and... I have another hearing coming up for my worker's compensation case. I believe they are reexamining me to see if I need more disability from WC.

Sigh.... keep your fingers crossed that it won't take too long to get everything settled
